Shemakes Instant Chai Tea Recipe

Ingredients:
·              1 1/2 cups instant tea powder
·              2 cups powdered non-dairy creamer
·              1/2 cup dry milk powder
·              1 cup confectioners' sugar
·              1/4 cup brown sugar
·              1 teaspoon ground ginger
·              1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
·              1 teaspoon ground cloves
·              1 teaspoon ground cardamom
·              1 teaspoon ground allspice
·              1 teaspoon vanilla powder

Preparation:
In a food processor, combine instant tea, powdered creamer, milk powder, confectioners' sugar and brown sugar. Add ginger, cinnamon, cloves, cardamom, allspice and vanilla powder. Process for 2 minutes. Store in an airtight container.
To serve, place 4 teaspoonfuls in a mug, and fill with hot water; stir.

Preparation:
Bring the water to a boil in a large pot, and stir in the tea bags, raspberries, and sugar until the sugar has dissolved. Allow the mixture to steep until the desired level of tea flavor is reached, 3 to 5 minutes; remove tea bags, and stir in the lemonade mix until dissolved. Pour tea into pitchers, and add ice to cool.

·              2 cups cranberry juice

Place the tea bags in a large heat-proof bowl; add boiling water. Cover and steep for 8 minutes. Discard tea bags. Add the remaining ingredients to tea; stir until sugar is dissolve. Serve warm or over ice.

Ingredients:
·              1 1/2 cups brewed coffee
·              1/2 cup milk
·              1/2 cup white sugar, divided
·              1/4 teaspoon salt, divided
·              1 envelope (1 tablespoon) unflavored gelatin
·              3 eggs, separated
·              1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

Preparation:
In the top of a double boiler over simmering water, combine coffee, milk, half the sugar, half the salt and gelatin. Stir until solids are dissolved. Stir in remaining sugar and salt and the egg yolks. Cook and stir until thick and creamy, and mixture coats the back of a metal spoon. Remove from heat. Whip the egg whites (with a pinch of salt, if desired) until stiff peaks form. Fold egg whites and vanilla into slightly cooled custard. Pour into a serving dish or mold and chill until set.

·              1 oz Dalf & half
