Black Saffron Tea Recipe

Ingredients:
·              4 bags Golden Green tea
·              6 Green cardamons
·              4 tsp Sugar
·              1/2 tsp Saffron threads
·              4 cups Water
·              4 bags Golden Green Tea Black

Preparation:
Add the cardamon, sugar and saffron to the water and bring to a boil. Simmer until reduced by half.  Bring to a boil again, add tea bags and steep for 8 minutes.  Strain out tea and spices  Serve hot.

Capetown Coffee Recipe

Ingredients:
·              1 1/2 oz whiskey
·              1 cuphot black coffee
·              1 tbsp cream of coconut
·              1 tbsp whipped cream

Preparation:
In a warmed mug put hot coffee and coconut cream and stir until cream is dissolved. Add whiskey, stir, and top with whipped cream.

Hot Ginger Tea Recipe

Ingredients:
·              Ginger Aid Tea bags
·              Pieces (3" ea) cinnamon
·              Sticks
·              Whole cloves
·              cup Boiling water
·              Orange slices

Preparation:
Put tea bags, cinnamon sticks, cloves, ginger and sugar into a large teapot. Pour boiling water over and allow to steep 3 minutes.  Remove tea bags and steep for 5 minutes.  To serve, pour tea into cups and float a quarter slice of orange in each cup.

Cancun Coffee Recipe

Ingredients:
·              1 lime
·              sugar
·              1/2 oz Kahlua® coffee liqueur
·              1/2 oz anisette
·              1 oz Bailey's® Irish cream
·              2 - 3 oz coffee

Preparation:
Moisten rim of coffee mug with lime and dip rim in sugar. Pour liqueurs into mug and fill with coffee. Top with whipped cream.

·              1 cup white sugar
·              1 cup strong brewed black tea
·              4 cups orange juice
·              4 cups pineapple juice
·              4 cups prepared lemonade
·              1 (2 liter) bottle ginger ale, chilled

Preparation:
In a pitcher, combine sugar and tea. Stir until sugar is dissolved. Stir in orange juice, pineapple juice and lemonade. Chill in refrigerator for 4 hours.
Just before serving, pour chilled juice mixture into a punch bowl and stir in ginger ale.
